D'Villalta Maduro is obtained from olives at their peak of ripeness, an intense purple colour that gives us a full-bodied golden oil, with a sharp and pungent taste that highlights the enormous quality of this product thanks to its high quantity of vitamins and polyphenols. The stability of this oil makes it ideal for cooking, as it does not lose or deteriorate its properties. It is also widely used raw by palates that appreciate the strength and quality of this oil.
