D'Villalta is committed to a range of 100% Extra Virgin Olive Oils which suit all palates. Through experimenting with the ripening of olives, we are able to achieve very diverse and interesting aromas, intensities and flavours. All our oils come from the Picual variety, a traditional variety which provides extra quality and improved characteristics which undoubtedly, are appreciated in the final product.
